| Hat – Missguided | Bodysuit – c/o Rare London | Coulettes, Watch – Primark | Boot – Dr Martens | Sunglasses – Ebay |

See I told you I’d been keeping up with all this didn’t I aye! I shot this outfit the other day based around this gorgeous lacey one-piece that Rare London so kindly contacted me about. The quality of it is suprisingly amazing, it’s pretty thick but really silky. I actually wore it out the weekend I got it too, all night (also no need for bra) and it was still in its shape and comfortable as ever.

I decided to pair it with my favourite trousers of the mo, my Primark coulettes (currently reduced to £3 go grab them now). Then I couldnt resist throwing on my Dr Marten’s with how into them I’ve been again recently and my trust old leather jacket and fedora!

Back to reality working Mon-Friday for now …

Surprise I found more old blog pictures I forgot about! These are from a while back. On the day I shot my magazine editorial from my final project at university, me and my friend, Nichole, decided to grab a couple of blog pictures. It was so handy having some of both our wardrobes there so we mixed it all up haha.

The location here where I shot my editorial is so pretty. That strange pyramid building (I think it’s a hotel) is so nice as well as all the ruins we’re actually shooting on. I love being down here in Southampton!

Just a quick outfit post! I had my leaving meal from work on Saturday and this is a more casual version of what I wore – I wore it with heels and no hat. These shoes, bag and a white shirt are my final bits I’ve bought from Next before I lose discount. I’m sad to be leaving all my work friends, they’re some of the best friends I’ve had in all of my life. But, I’m off to a new start, a new city and a new, better life (hopefully). So in that sense, I’m super excited. Talk soon,

03/09/2014 | Part Two | Bloggers Fashion Week

(Last two pictures have been stolen from my gurl Soph Bennett http://www.setinstyle.co.uk)

So following on from my last post – here is what me and Sophie did later in the afternoon. Around 6pm we headed off to No.1 Leicester Square for Bloggers Fashion Week hosted by Bloggers Love (#BLFW). When we got in, everyone was already into everything: browsing the brands pieces, using the tweet boutique upstairs for some goodies and having a few drinks and cupcakes/sweets. I think a few brands hadn’t turned up as I remember seeing some on the list who I couldn’t find there which was disappointing but I still had a nice evening and got some lovely gifts to try out – watch for some reviews! Especially on a new high coverage-waterproof foundation!

I’d say my favourite brand of the day was definitely FYT & Co – for one their stuff is amazing, created with a bamboo knit, it’s super soft it’s incredible. I’m dying for the light grey beanie and some of the underwear!

The night ended with a fashion show, some of the pieces were gorgeous but we couldn’t stay until the end because of our trains etc. It sucks having to travel so far for these events! I’m thinking I will more than likely head off to BLFW next season as well for another nice evening. Talk soon,

Fiorelli | FYT & Co | Leighton Denny Nails | Oxygenetix | Beauty Works

What I Wore//Reading Festival 2014

I was planning on having a Reading vlog/lookbook up tonight however, my Premiere Pro has decided to fully crash on me during the middle of an export/render and it won’t reinstall :(. So I thought I’d just write about the weekend and what I wore instead.

Thursday: Travelling/First Night of Camping

We left birmingham at about 6.00am on Thursday morning and made it into Reading by just gone 9.00am! We actually managed to find a space for our six man tent which was surprising – just glad we got there that early or there would’ve been NO chance! First thing we did was introduce to our neighbours and I began vlogging the weekend! I went with a friend called Steph that I met in college last year (SWTEPH) and as it was her 8th year at Reading – she knew plenty of people and got to introducing me! Our first night was mainly spent having a drink around the campfire and going into the arena to have a look at all the rides and pretty things – although I did have to go for an early night as I was knackered!

Friday: Gerard Way, Hacktivist, Crossfaith, Deaf Havana, Mallory Knox, Twin Atlantic, Enter Shikari, Paramore, Netsky, Silent Disco

The weekend finally got properly started when we got up, cleaned and slapped the makeup on quickly – we headed into the arena about 11:30 am to catch Gerard Way and start off the day. Infact, everyday over the weekend we were in the arena by opening time as the lineup was so epic, there were so many people we wanted to see throughout the day from start until finish. Gerard Way killed it solo and I’m so glad we were there to see it all set off! Later on, Steph introduced me to a new band I’d only ever sort of listened to (Mallory Knox) and I must say their music is awesome. Then we saw all the bands above, all pretty epic too and then it was time for Paramore…

Incase you haven’t heard about it yet, the sound system blew half way through Paramore’s performance and we had no idea why, but everything was silent! To be honest, it was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Paramore took to sitting down on the edge of the stage at 80,000 people sand acapella to The Only Exception. The sound kicked in midway through the song at the perfect moment and I will probably remember that for the rest of my life! They were absolutely incredible as always anway. I also wish I was Hayley Williams.

Later on in the night I went to watch a bit of Netsky and then popped into the Silent Disco but was pretty tired again so headed off to bed around 1!

Saturday: Gnarwolves, Royal Blood, Marmozets, Lonely the Brave, Lower than Atlantis, Of Mice & Men, Architects, While She Sleeps, Issues, Brutality Will Prevail, We Are Scientists (and more)

Ok so Saturday was an incredible day, me and Steph got a little to excited and spent basically the whole night in the pit – it was amazing. I can’t even remember the half of it but I know we had such a good time, just forgot about everything and had an awesome night – looking back on the videos from that night are absolutely hilarious. Not much else to say about Saturday besides I fell in love with Architects, of Mice and Men and Marmozets! Well besides ofcourse that I got to see my favourite duo Royal Blood *heart eyes*.

Sunday: A Day to Remember, The 1975, Sleeping with Sirens, Papa Roach, You Me at Six, Tonight Alive, The Story so Far, Letlive. and Blink 182.

This is probably the day I was looking most forward to when I booked my ticket – for so long I have loved so many of the above bands and I finally got to see them all, in one day may I add! We did the usual, got into the arena around opening time and then this day we mainly stuck by the main stage where most of our favourite bands were playing. A Day to Remember, Sleeping with Sirens, Tonight Alive, Letlive. and obviously Blink 182 were all so incredible I can’t even put it into words!

One of the best days of my life and definitely the most amazing weekend of my life so far, met so many awesome people and saw so many awesome bands – hopefully my vlog will be up in the next few days and Reading, I will see you next year ♥

(Honestly, I didn’t wear the fourth look in the end… I wore another tshirt dress as by Sunday I could not be bothered to struggle in and out of black high waisted denim shorts! Super bloating and beer belly was upon me.)

| Bag – Excel Clothing | Top – Thrifted | Leggings & Blazer – TK Maxx | Shoes & Sunglasses – Missguided | Nose Ring (silver sold out) – Urban Outfitters |

I’m posting my gear from Excel Clothing so you know what daaaat means – I actually managed to get my memory card back after losing it in a loan laptop, so lucky! I went and got it from PC World/Currys today and have been editing ever since I got home from work (after I ate a gorgeous curry that Tom made me) to get this post up so I apologise if it’s a bit late!

I got a bit of video too, so I can make an look book from the pieces I won. This Hugo Boss luggage bag – already reduced from £450 to around £320 I think.. It’s honestly amazing, I’m going to be using it for my travels to university and back as well as my longer journeys to London for blogging malarky. I don’t usually go for navy but this bag is just OOH, it’s too good – I wouldn’t usually mix navy/black either but I just can’t help it with this bag. Coming up next is a Tommy Hilfiger jumper (it is a colour not a shade what even am I turning into) and a gorgeous French Connection dress! Stay posted.
