It’s easter break! Which means I’m actually having time to blog again. My current 3 projects are almost finished, ready to sumbit to keep my easter free. I go on tour with the Ravens in Salou in just over a week, it’s mad how quickly it’s gone! I remember booking it in about october/november thinking I had absolutely ages. The first year of uni has absolutely flown by, I’m actually quite sad. I don’t want the rest of university to go this quickly, it’s been the best months of my life so far.

Anyways this was an outfit I threw together for a friends marketing project at university, it was a spacey/futuristic theme so I decided on my gun metal metallic dress and iridescent bag along with white and grey pieces.

I’m posting my gear from Excel Clothing so you know what daaaat means – I actually managed to get my memory card back after losing it in a loan laptop, so lucky! I went and got it from PC World/Currys today and have been editing ever since I got home from work (after I ate a gorgeous curry that Tom made me) to get this post up so I apologise if it’s a bit late!

I got a bit of video too, so I can make an look book from the pieces I won. This Hugo Boss luggage bag – already reduced from £450 to around £320 I think.. It’s honestly amazing, I’m going to be using it for my travels to university and back as well as my longer journeys to London for blogging malarky. I don’t usually go for navy but this bag is just OOH, it’s too good – I wouldn’t usually mix navy/black either but I just can’t help it with this bag. Coming up next is a Tommy Hilfiger jumper (it is a colour not a shade what even am I turning into) and a gorgeous French Connection dress! Stay posted.

So here’s the third look from my upcoming video ‘How I Style: Geometric Kimono’.

I went for an even more sporty look than #1 because, I love dressing sporty ok. Haha. I picked up this awesome tennis skirt in a charity shop around 8 months ago or something, I’ve only really worn it once until now and I somehow managed to forget how beautiful it was! So I just popped on some grey stuff and the perfect River Island Kimono!

(Just a quick one today I apologise, I’m really, really tired!)

This jersey here is one of the gorgeous items I picked up after being announced one of the winners of TK Maxx’s 50 ways to wear it competition. I actually picked up quite a few similar t-shirts out of my spendings which I will definitely be posting about soon!  I paired it up with my Next ribbed knitted pencil skirt which I adore, it’s so comfy and warm. It’s going to be perfect for the Autumn/Winter seasons!

The boots I am wearing are one of my usual cheeky little finds on eBay, I did post a few photographs of them a couple posts back! I just love them, they’re so pretty. They seem to be based loosely on the timberland boot but a lot more minimalist and girly. Perfect <3. The final touches were my second hand clutch and leaf necklace plus a gold chain anklet again from ebay!

I’m so sorry I’ve been extremely inactive the past few weeks, I’ve been working like mad before I have to go down to a couple of hours a week due to college! Which I am starting again Friday by the way, it’s going to be so weird getting back into the routine of things, although I will love being surrounded by all my fashion styling work as well as my day to day outfits. I honestly cannot wait until I’m back! The college has been a bit rubbish though, they’ve kicked the fashion students out of the FASHION ROOM?! For meetings and offices.Even though it was built for all of us just last year! Bit silly if you ask me. Anyway, talk tomorrow mwah.

Virgin Media’s V FESTIVAL Fashion: #2 ‘Lauren’

2The second girl’s style I fell for was this girl named Lauren, turns out the Topshop trousers she is wearing she had actually customised. It gave more of a Boho look! She took the inner lining out and cut off the cuffs that were originally at the bottom, LOVE it.

I picked out these similar trousers from New Look, the boots are Dr Martens but I will post an eBay version below (as usual with expensive items haha), a crochet vest and a flower head band from Forever 21. This is one of my most favourites from the whole set of images! It’s very indie and just so perfectly festival.

Here’s an Outfit for Coachella weekend 2!

Coachella outfitSorry about all the spamming with my college work! I need to put it up on my blog here too. So to make up for it I’ve created a gorgeous Neon Trend inspired outfit for Coachella weekend 2! I’ve mixed a few neon colours together with simple whites/creams and a light denim pair of shorts so it’s not too over the top. A little shirt over a cute bustier top can cover it up a bit more, showing less skin while still showing off the beautiful lace!

1. Bustier – Topshop £14
2. Shorts – Ark £19.99
3. Necklace – New Look £5.99
4. Boots – New Look £64.99
5. Neon Sheer Shirt – Topshop £38
6. Hat – Forever 21 £8.90
7. Bracelet Set – New Look £6.99
8. Belt – Forever 21 £3.15
